Intralogistics with autonomous stacker robots for heavy pallet transports
The mobile robots Stacker and CB Stacker Driven by BALYO for your automated pallet transport with payloads up to 1,200 and 1,600 kg, respectively, feature a unique infrastructure-free navigation technology.
Using a barcode scanner, the autonomous stackers identify pallets, pick them up directly from the ground and require neither pallet transfer stations nor other external aids such as reflectors or track tapes for integration into your intralogistics. Thanks to BALYO's 360° SmartSafety protection system, stackers and CB stackers navigate reliably and safely in dynamic industrial environments with people and provide goods transport across departments on your premises. For horizontal applications in SMEs - for example in the 3PL, automotive, e-commerce or consumer goods industries - the automated guided vehicles (AGVs) transport goods from A to B within production, from production to quality control and into the warehouse. The time-consuming and tedious manual removal and provision of empty pallets by human personnel will also no longer be necessary in the future thanks to the use of BALYO AGVs.
Laser-controlled, the automated guided vehicles move along their routes at a maximum speed of 2 m/s and adapt their speed to the dynamic environment. Targeted sideways and backward movements allow maximum freedom of movement and precision. Vertically, Stacker and CB Stacker can stack pallets up to 1.65 m and 1.55 m height respectively. This makes it easy to connect the mobile robots perfectly and fully automated to conveyor belts or standard racks. Even the installation or operation of a block storage system is no obstacle for the AGVs. An automatic battery charging function rounds off the full automation of your intralogistics with BALYO.
