For a high degree of intralogistics automation towards full automation for Industry 4.0, a single autonomous mobile robot (AMR) is hardly sufficient. For this reason, all of our devices are suitable for fleets. The according fleet software enables you to efficiently control multiple AMRs in your operation from a single intuitive, web-based user interface. This allows you to easily assign routes and missions to an entire AMR fleet in different workspaces, while always maintaining an overview.

For this purpose, we can integrate the fleet management via appropriate interfaces for smooth communication with your ERP / WMS. Your AMR will thus always find the right time - for urgent material procurement as well as for necessary waste disposal. Optimized and efficient, the fleet management automatically sets priorities and selects the autonomous mobile robot best suited for the task at hand, depending on location as well as availability. At the same time, the system evaluates the AMR fleet's battery charge levels and charge weight, optimizing operation and energy management. Thanks to modern battery technology that enables both fast and partial charging, your robots always recharge when it is most convenient. This ensures permanent availability in three-shift operation.

At the same time, installation costs and investments are relatively low. The use of our automated guided vehicle systems - whether in the simple variant or as an Industry 4.0 solution - does not require any changes to your current working environment or your work processes. The only structural requirement is a functioning WLAN network in the working area of the AMR. Furthermore, the automated guided vehicle system does not require any external navigation aids, which usually makes infrastructure adjustments unnecessary.
